Every employee has a great opportunity to contribute effectively both to team and organizational success. 

Most people would call this bringing value. Value is important, and impact is even more important. 

Value is what you provide, impact is what you change that contributes to the organization’s strategic objectives. If you focus too much on value, you become reactive not strategic. You misalign with stakeholders and sacrifice relationship depth for transactional agreement.
